Delivery Rates  

UK Mainland

Standard: Delivery takes 2-4 working Days. (Sent via Uk Mail). Our standard delivery charge is £4.99

Next Day: Orders placed before 13.00pm Monday – Thursday will be sent next working day via Courier service UK Mail. Expect delivery between 9-5 Monday – Friday, no deliveries are made over the weekend. Our next day delivery charge is £5.99

UK Priority Delivery: Delivered within 48 hours Monday -Thursday using currier UK Mail, Our Priority Delivery charge is £5.99

Customers who spend £125 and over will automatically receive free standard UK delivery.

 

Worldwide Delivery

Our international orders are shipped as quickly as possible however please note with most international orders there is a handling time on top of the shipping timeframe once the parcel is with our courier. 

Handling timeframes are usually between 2-6 working days, this process is to allow the products  to be returned to our head office from our stores so they can be despatched with a separate courier.

Once your parcel has been checked and processed at our Head Office it is passed onto our international courier FedEx. Returns


You have 9 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for an exchange or refund.

All items must be returned in the condition and packaging you received them in.

 

We must be notified of all returns and you can do this by emailing enquiries@danielfootwear.co.uk and requesting a returns number. Failure to notify us of a return or failure to comply with our returns process may result in a delay with your request being processed or accounted for.

 

We offer a free UK returns service for items not purchased in special offers or sale. You simply need to use the pre–paid trackable returns label enclosed with your order and stick it completed on the package. Take your order to the local post office and request a tracking reference, so you are able to track your return. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage and tracking number as without this we are not liable for any items that go missing. If you are not returning your parcel via our Royal Mail service or a different courier, please ensure you keep all proof of postage for your return. We are not liable for any items that go missing with other couriers.

 

All returns must be sent back with a returns form including your order number, your name, returns number, product details and reason for return. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged. Returns must be packaged in waterproof packaging with our returns address clearly marked on the parcel, Larizia does not refund packaging costs for the return. We request that customers do not tape, mark or write on product boxes or packaging. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay in processing your return.

A member of our returns team will notify you when we have received your return and your request for exchange (if available) or refund has been processed.

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we reserve the right to refuse a refund claim for reasons already stated in our terms and conditions.*We do not offer free returns on products bought in special promotions, at discounted prices or in sale.
